Phylogenomic data reveal widespread introgression across the range of an alpine and arctic specialist

Using whole genome sequence data, we investigate the phylogenomic relationships and evolutionary history of the rosy-finches (Leucosticte spp.). Using these data, we highlight the roles that different evolutionary processes have played in generating the patterns of genetic diversity seen in rosy-finches.
