The Municipal Education Statistics aims to know the educational level of the population. Its realisation is exclusively contemplated with the use of administrative information from internal and external sources, without direct collection of information. The starting point is the internal statistical sources of the Population and Housing Statistics (EPV) and the Municipal Statistics of Inhabitants (EMH). It also uses other external administrative sources, in the educational field, of the Administration of the Basque Country and the Central Administration, which provide files of administrative records on the level of studies and degrees.市级教育统计（Municipal Education Statistics）旨在摸清人口的受教育水平。该统计的实施仅依托内部及外部来源的行政信息开展，不涉及直接的数据采集工作。 其核心数据源取自人口与住房统计（Population and Housing Statistics, EPV）与市级居民统计（Municipal Statistics of Inhabitants, EMH）的内部统计资料。 该统计同时将教育领域内巴斯克自治区行政部门与中央行政部门的其他外部行政数据源纳入使用范围，此类数据源可提供包含学历与学位信息的行政记录档案。
