Integrated urban development concept Leipzig 2020

With the “Integrated Urban Development Concept Leipzig 2030 (INSEK)” the City of Leipzig bundles specialist planning, action priorities and investments from the various departments into a multidisciplinary strategy. The “Integrated Urban Development Concept Leipzig 2030” is also an urban development concept within the meaning of the BauGB and the VwV-StBauE of the Free State of Saxony of 21 July 2008. It was adopted on 31 May 2018 on the City Council. The SEKo is also updated in individual components, such as technical concepts, if necessary or supplemented with new ones.莱比锡市通过《莱比锡2030年综合城市发展理念（Integrated Urban Development Concept Leipzig 2030，简称INSEK）》，将各部门的专项规划、行动优先级与投资安排整合为一套多学科战略规划。本规划同时属于德国《建筑法典》（BauGB）与萨克森自由州2008年7月21日发布的《建筑行政实施条例》（VwV-StBauE）所界定的城市发展规划范畴，并于2018年5月31日经莱比锡市议会审议通过。SEKo可根据需要对其各组成部分（如技术理念）进行更新，或补充新增内容。
