Sampling data captured in Oceanic Exploration Research China Ocean Mineral Resources Research and Development Association (hereinafter referred to as COMRA) conducted its activities during 2016 according to the First Five-Year Plan specified in Appendix II to the Polymetallic Sulphides Exploration Contract (hereinafter referred to as the Exploration Contract) between the International Seabed Authority (hereinafter referred to as ISA) and COMRA. In accordance with the provisions specified in Section 10 of the Exploration Contract, COMRA, as the contractor, submits to the Secretary-General of ISA this Annual Report covering its program of activities carried out in the year of 2016.本数据集为中国大洋矿产资源研究开发协会（China Ocean Mineral Resources Research and Development Association，简称COMRA）于2016年开展海洋勘探研究期间采集的采样数据。该协会当年的活动遵循国际海底管理局（International Seabed Authority，简称ISA）与COMRA签订的《多金属硫化物勘探合同》（Polymetallic Sulphides Exploration Contract，简称《勘探合同》）附录二中规定的第一个五年计划。根据《勘探合同》第10条的相关规定，作为承包方的COMRA已向ISA秘书长提交本年度报告，涵盖其2016年度开展的活动计划。
