Supplementary Material for the Data In Brief Article entitled "Coffee fermentation process in northern Colombia: Temporal shotgun metagenomics dataset"

This dataset presents the relative abundance of 695 bacterial and 156 fungal genera encompassed in 298 and 106 families, respectively, identified in the coffee fermentation process in the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta (SNSM) in Colombia using Illumina-based amplicon sequencing.

本数据集收录了通过Illumina扩增子测序技术，在哥伦比亚圣玛尔塔内华达山脉（Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta，SNSM）的咖啡发酵过程中鉴定得到的695个细菌属与156个真菌属的相对丰度信息，上述类群分别隶属于298个细菌科及106个真菌科。
