Global regulators fine-tune the translation and metabolic machinery in Escherichia coli under proteome-efficient anaerobic fermentation

We report high-throughput RNA sequencing of WT, Δfnr, ΔarcA and Δihf in the exponential phase under anaerobic fermentative conditions RNA was extracted from two biological replicates of WT, Δfnr, ΔarcA and Δihf in the exponential phase under anaerobic fermentation conditions, grown in glucose minimal media conditions. RNA sequencing was done using Illumina Hi-Seq 4000 platform.
