Watercourses or portion of watercourses to be bordered by grassed strips under good agricultural and environmental conditions, defined by prefectural decree. These rivers are defined in the inter-ministerial circular Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046 of 27 September 2005, pursuant to the Order of 12 January 2005 for the application of Articles R.615-10 and R.615-12 of the Rural Code and on environmental cover and rotation rules.
