Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Rivers for cross-compliance in the department of Loiret

Watercourses or portion of watercourses to be bordered by grassed strips under good agricultural and environmental conditions, defined by prefectural decree. These rivers are defined in the inter-ministerial circular Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046 of 27 September 2005, pursuant to the Order of 12 January 2005 for the application of Articles R.615-10 and R.615-12 of the Rural Code and on environmental cover and rotation rules.由省长令划定的、需在良好农业与环境条件下以草带作为护岸的河道或河段。此类河道的界定依据2005年1月12日发布的行政命令，该命令用于施行《农村法典》第R.615-10条与第R.615-12条，以及环境覆盖与轮作规则，并载于2005年9月27日印发的部际通告Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046之中。
