Phenotypic analysis indicates that the knockout of pdp1 leads to abnormalities in oocyte maturation. To further investigate the impact of PDP1 on the transcriptional levels of genes related to oocyte development, we performed transcriptome analysis on oocytes from wild-type and Pdp1 knockout mice at different developmental stages (growing and fully grown phase).
