Dissolved oxygen (+ BF census counts) and age models datasets for "Last glacial North Pacific oxygenation due to North Atlantic circulation changes"; Tetard et al., 2026

Both files correspond to the "Extended Data Table S1" ("Dissolved_O2_data_from_benthic_foraminifera.xlsx") and "Extended Data Table S2" ("Age_models.xlsx") from the Nature Geoscience publication entitled "Last glacial North Pacific oxygenation due to North Atlantic circulation changes" (Tetard et al., 2026; manuscript number: NGS-2026-04-01646-T). Dissolved_O2_data_from_benthic_foramnifera.xlsx file contains the list and locations of core sites investigated in this study, a list of synonymies of all main benthic foramiferal taxa used in this study, as well as the relative abundance of benthic foraminiferal census counts for all core sites investigated and corresponding oxygen reconstruction data (in mL.L-1) for the past 55 kyrs. Age_models.xlxs files contains all age points used to refine the age models for all core sites used in this study.
