1) The in-silico analysis showed eleven possible lysines that could be target of acetylation with a precision of 89.21%, four of these lysines had a score greater than one, which were K in positions 81, 113, 309 and 336.<br>2) Densitometry of global lysine acetylation in primary hepatocytes incubated with nicotinamide (NAM) 10mM for 4h. Lysates were analyzed by SDS–PAGE/immunoblotting using an anti-acetylated–lysine (AcK) and tubulin was used as a loading control. C) [<sup>3</sup>H]-Taurocholate uptake into primary hepatocytes was determined to evaluate NTCP1 activity. We performed four independent biological experiments with primary hepatocytes obtained from different C57BL6 mice and each experiment included at least 4 replicates.
