Trends in cow milk prices and quantities in Germany

The available data include an annual monthly overview of the evolution of cow’s milk price types: — From farm with standardised fat and protein content of 4.0 % fat and 3.4 % protein — From farm with actual fat and protein content — Free dairy with standardised fat and protein content of 4.0 % fat and 3.4 % protein in Germany and the Länder from January 2012 to December 2021. For the “Conventional and Biological” type of production, the data series for the standardised price and the free dairy price will not start until January 2014. It is not recorded in the Länder. For data protection reasons, the quantities of biomilk in the federal states can only be declared from 2016.本次可用数据集涵盖2012年1月至2021年12月期间，德国及各联邦州的三类牛乳价格走势月度概览，具体如下： —— 乳脂、乳蛋白含量标准化为4.0%与3.4%的牧场奶源牛乳； —— 乳脂、乳蛋白含量为实测值的牧场奶源牛乳； —— 德国及各联邦州境内，乳脂与乳蛋白含量标准化为4.0%与3.4%的自由流通牛乳（Free dairy）。 针对“常规与有机”两类生产模式，其标准化定价牛乳与自由流通牛乳的价格数据序列，起始时间为2014年1月，且此类数据未在各联邦州进行统计记录。 出于数据保护合规要求，联邦各州的有机牛乳（biomilk）产量数据仅可自2016年起对外公布。
