Raji B-cell lymphoma cells expressing the MICA*001 allele were injected iv into NOD-SCID immunodeficient mice simultaneously treated once with a range of doses of MICAB1 (0.05, 0.5, 2.5 or 5 mg/Kg, n=8 to 18, pool of 2 independent experiments) or isotype control mAb (2.5 or 5 mg/kg; n=17).
