WMS INSPIRE BPL Heimberg III — 1. Alteration

WMS service of the city of Meßstetten’s urban development plan “Heimberg III — 1st modification”, transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.本数据集为梅斯施泰滕市城市发展规划《海姆贝格III——第一次修订》对应的网络地图服务（Web Map Service，WMS），其基于版本5.0的XPlanung数据集，并已按照《欧盟空间信息基础设施指令》（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community，INSPIRE）标准完成转换。
