RNA seq of femur and humerus bone tissues from Prx1cre driven Piezo1/2 mutant pups at the age of P0

The Prx1cre driven Piezo1/2 knockout mice showed bone fractures caused by reduced bone formation. In order to understand the underlying mechanism, we performed RNA seq experiments using total RNA from the bone tissue of control and Piezo1/2 mutant P0 pups. Total RNA from P0 femur and humerus bone tissue devoid of bone marrow were prepared using Rneasy Mini Kit. Three different genotypes of mice were examined: Wild type, Piezo1 CKO and Piezo1/2 DKO. 2 replicates for each group.
