Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Ad hoc issues taken into account in the RIP of the downstream book

Generally speaking, the stakes are people, property, activities, cultural or environmental heritage elements, threatened by a hazard and likely to be affected or damaged by it. The sensitivity of an issue to a hazard is called “vulnerability”. This object class brings together all the issues that have been addressed in the RPP study. An issue is a dated object whose consideration depends on the purpose of the RPP and its vulnerability to the hazards studied. A PPR issue can therefore be considered (or not) depending on the type or types of hazard being addressed. These elements form the basis of knowledge of the land cover necessary for the development of the RPP, in or near the study area, at the time of the analysis of the issues.一般而言，承险体（stakes）指受灾害（hazard）威胁、并可能因此遭受影响或损毁的人员、财产、活动、文化或环境遗产要素。某一对象针对灾害的敏感程度被定义为“易损性（vulnerability）”。 本对象类别涵盖了RPP研究中已梳理的全部研究议题。此处的“议题”是一类带有时效性的要素，其是否纳入考量范围取决于RPP的研究目的，以及其针对所研究灾害的易损性。因此，是否将PPR议题纳入考量，需结合当前所针对的灾害类型而定。 在开展研究议题分析的阶段，上述要素构成了在研究区域内或其周边开展RPP编制工作所需的土地覆盖相关认知基础。
