Study was conducted in freshwater Rimov reservoir, Czech Republic, between 31st of March and 25th of May 2013. Our dataset comprises a total of 47 prokaryotic and 43 eukaryotic amplicon samples, which were taken from three different depth 0.5, 10 and 30 m. Samples were prefiltered with 200 µm mesh. Following primers were used for creating amplicons: 515F and 926R for prokaryotes; and Euk_1391F and EukBrâ7R for eukaryotes.
