Circulating microRNA associations to physical activity in Lynch syndrome carriers

We explored the molecular mechanisms associated with physical activity levels in a Lynch syndrome cohort using an integrative omics analysis approach. We also explored how these physical activity-associated molecular mechanisms are associated with cancer progression. To identify the physical activity-level-associated blood-based molecular mechanisms, we combined two omics datasets: miRNomics and metabolomics. Here, we publish the miRNomics sequencing data generated in the study.
