Associations headquartered in Roubaix (RNA data – Official Journal of Associations and Foundations of Companies)

The data are extracted from the national file listing all the information on RNA associations (National Directory of Associations). Only associations whose registered office is located in Roubaix are present. The Official Journal of Associations, Associations of Owners and Company Foundations publishes: Declarations of creation, modification or dissolution of associations governed by the Act of 1901, trade union associations of owners and company foundations; Declarations of creation, modification, dissolution or suspension of the activities of endowment funds. NB: since 1 January 2010, each association is identified by the number RNA (National Register of Associations) beginning with “W” and composed of 9 digits. It is the former number “Waldeck” which corresponded to the file number assigned by the software of the prefectures and sub-prefectures that serves as the basis for this number. The number is assigned at the time of declaration in the prefecture.The number then appears on the receipt issued by the prefecture and is thus in the announcements published at JOAFE since April 2007 (Waldeck then RNA). Some ads do not carry this number since the association created previously does not know it. ### What does the RNA contain? * * * * The RNA lists all the associations covered by the [Law of 1 July 1901 on the contract of association](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006069570), whose seat is in France (metropole and overseas), excluding the departments of Moselle (57), Bas-Rhin (67) and Haut-Rhin (68) which fall under a specific regime. The RNA also contains, under the same conditions, recognised associations of public utility. The RNA is fed after instruction of the file by the registry of associations during a creation, modification or dissolution. The creation declarations are then published in [Official Journal of Associations and Corporate Foundations (JOAFE)](https://www.journal-officiel.gouv.fr/associations). * * * * ### Terms and Conditions for Dissemination of RNA Data * * * * In accordance with the provisions of the [Law for a Digital Republic of 7 October 2016](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000033202746&categorieLien=id) the RNA data made available by the [Ministry of the Interior](−) and form part of the data accessible for consultation and downloadable in open data. The content of the downloadable data is split into two extractions: _RNA_waldec_: list of associations with an RNA number. All associations created or reported a change in situation since 2009 have an RNA number. _RNA_import_: list of associations created since 1901 that have not made a change of situation report since 2009. _A renovated version of the RNA is being prepared by the Ministry of the Interior; it will eventually harmonise the monitoring of transplants throughout the national territory.
