Dataset on Resilience and Academic Performance among Working Students in Occupational Health and Safety

This dataset is part of the research project titled “The Role of Resilience on Academic Performance among Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Professionals Pursuing Graduate Education”, conducted at the Vocational College, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, from June to October 2025.

The study aims to examine the relationship between psychological resilience and academic performance (measured by GPA) among postgraduate OHS professionals who are simultaneously working. Data were collected through an online questionnaire consisting of two sections: demographic and contextual information (such as age, gender, work hours, family and workplace support) and the Resilience Evaluation Scale (RES) – Indonesian version (8 items, 5-point Likert scale, 0–4).

All participants were adult postgraduate students who voluntarily took part in the study. No medical intervention was involved, and all data were anonymized in accordance with the approved ethical standards. The study received ethical clearance from the Research Ethics Committee, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sebelas Maret, under approval number 91/UN27.06.11/KEP/EC/2025.
