VPRS 16581 Staff History Cards

Cards are from different periods and show differing detail. Cards from the 1920s to the early 1960s show bare detail such as full name, date of birth, grade, commencement date and termination date. Cards from the early 1960s show full name, date of birth, marital status, residential address, commencement date, grades, salary and termination date. Females in all grades from clerical to outdoor have their details recorded on pink cards. Males, all grades, are recorded on white cards.

本数据集包含不同时期的人事档案卡，各卡片的信息详略程度存在差异。1920年代至1960年代初期的档案卡仅包含极简的基础信息，具体包括姓名全称、出生日期、职级、入职日期与离职日期。1960年代初期的档案卡则收录了更为丰富的信息，涵盖姓名全称、出生日期、婚姻状况、居住地址、入职日期、职级、薪资与离职日期。所有职级覆盖文职至外勤岗位的女性员工的档案信息均记录于粉色档案卡，而所有职级的男性员工档案均记录在白色档案卡上。
