The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “WA “South I” — 1st amendment (reorganisation)” of the town of Stutensee from XPlanung 5.0. Description: replaces original B plan, B plans amendments “Ringstraße 2”, “Ringstraße 27”, “Jasminweg 1+ 2 and Ringstraße 7”, “Ringstraße 56”, “Ringstraße 1-3”, “Allmendstraße 23 and Jasminweg 5”, “Eicheläckerweg 2-24”, “Rectification GRZ/GFZ”.开发规划（BPL）包含规范城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的规定。原则上，开发规划应依托土地利用规划编制而成。本次可用数据为施图滕泽（Stutensee）镇采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的开发规划《WA "South I"——第一次修订（重组版）》。说明：该规划替代原B计划，以及《Ringstraße 2》《Ringstraße 27》《Jasminweg 1+2与Ringstraße 7》《Ringstraße 56》《Ringstraße 1-3》《Allmendstraße 23与Jasminweg 5》《Eicheläckerweg 2-24》的B计划修订版，并完成GRZ/GFZ的修正工作。
