To investigate the function of L321_23611 gene of Pseudomonas plecoglossicida in host-pathogen interaction, L321_23611-RNAi strain of P. plecoglossicida was constructed. Healthy weight-matched E. coioides were injected with 103 cfu/g of P. plecoglossicida RNAi strain at 18±1°C, the spleens of infected fish were sample and subjected to dual RNA-seq for E. coioides and P. plecoglossicida.
