This study takes cnidarians, whose nervous systems have already emerged, as a starting point. The representative species, Aurelia coerulea, was selected for genome annotation optimization. Combined with single-cell and spatial transcriptome sequencing, a high-resolution multidimensional transcriptome atlas was constructed, laying the foundation for systematic analysis of its nervous system.
