K-NHIB: Korean National Health Insurance Benchmark

K-NHIB (Korean National Health Insurance Benchmark) is a benchmark for anticancer drug reimbursement eligibility determination under South Korea's National Health Insurance. It formalizes the condition-level adjudication logic that clinicians and utilization-review nurses apply when evaluating incomplete clinical evidence against coverage rules, and pairs it with a model-agnostic LLM evaluation pipeline. This release (v1.0.0) covers 3 gynecologic cancers (cervical, uterine, ovarian): 74 anticancer regimens / 222 cases under a tristate adjudication framework (eligible / ineligible / undeterminable, 74 each).
