B-Plan 3-081 Development plan with local building regulations for the Sandfangweg construction area (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 3-081 entered into force on 26 April 2008. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.符合INSPIRE标准的布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市开发规划。编号为3-081的开发规划于2008年4月26日正式生效。开发规划包含城市规划秩序的法律约束力条款，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。建筑管控规则明确了建设的选址、类型与实施方式，原则上开发规划需依托土地利用规划编制而成。本数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型构建，可通过开放地理空间信息联盟（OGC）的WMS服务以及预定义的ATOM服务获取。
