Million vehicles.km (provincial regional roads)

One vehicle.km = the movement of a vehicle over the distance of one km on the entity’s road network. The estimate is in line with the figures published by the SPFMT (‘General Circulation 2005’ Brochure No 32 and, in particular, its Supplement Brochure No 37), in addition to the five-year census published since 1949 in accordance with the rules of the United Nations Economic and Social Council for Europe in Geneva. Depending on the road network concerned, different methods are used.车公里（vehicle.km）指某实体道路网络内，单辆机动车行驶1公里的计量指标。该估算值与SPFMT发布的《2005年总流量》第32号手册（尤其是其第37号补充手册）中的数据，以及自1949年起按照位于日内瓦的联合国欧洲经济及社会理事会规则发布的五年一次普查数据保持一致。针对所涉及的不同道路网络，将采用不同的测算方法。
