Noise contour night period EU noise load map 2021 (CNOSSOS calculation method)

Noise contours night period for the base year 2021. Dataset was created within the framework of the EU Environmental Noise Directive. Dataset is made once every five years. This dataset is based on all provincial roads, calculated using calculation method CNOSSOS.However, at the request of Kenniscentrum Infomil, the traffic intensities of the year 2019 have been chosen to use the traffic intensities of the year 2019. Indeed, the intensities for the years 2020 and 2021 show a markedly lower volume of traffic due to the Corona measures.本数据集为2021基准年夜间时段噪声等值线数据集。其编制依托欧盟环境噪声指令（EU Environmental Noise Directive）框架，每五年完成一次更新。本数据集覆盖全部省级道路，采用CNOSSOS计算方法开展噪声建模计算。不过应Kenniscentrum Infomil的要求，本次选用2019年的交通流量数据作为输入参数。事实上，受新冠疫情防控措施影响，2020年与2021年的交通流量出现了显著下滑。
