FEARTUS project
This repository contains the behavioral and questionnaire datasets used in the FEARTUS project, investigating the causal role of the human amygdala in threat learning and extinction.
All datasets are formatted for direct use in the FEARTUS R analysis pipeline (GitHub code repository: FEARTUS).

Trial-level skin-conductance response (SCR) data for all experimental phases:

Questionnaire data on participants’ sensory experiences and placebo-related beliefs about TUS:

Post-experiment ratings of each CS (threat vs. safety) collected after task completion:
retrospective threat probability

These ratings reference the acquisition phase.
