Counts of planktonic foraminifera Neogloboquadrina pachyderma from vertically stratified plankton net sampling during cruises MSM44, MSM66 and PS93.1

Absolute counts of shells of planktonic foraminifera Neogloboquadrina pachyderma from vertically stratified plankton net sampling in the Baffin Bay during cruises MSM44 and MSM66 and in the Fram Strait during cruise PS93.1. Overall counts of shells are present from all cruises, plus further distinguishing shells bearing cytoplasm and empty shells in the samples from PS93.1.

本数据集涵盖巴芬湾航次MSM44、MSM66以及弗拉姆海峡航次PS93.1中，采用分层垂直浮游生物网采样获取的浮游有孔虫（planktonic foraminifera）厚壳新球虫（Neogloboquadrina pachyderma）壳体绝对计数数据。所有航次均提供壳体总计数结果，其中PS93.1航次的样本还进一步区分了带有细胞质的壳体与空壳体两类。
