To explore the role of TDP-43 in hepatocellular carcinoma, we established MHCC97H cell lines in which TDP-43 has been knocked down by shRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq between sh-Control groups and sh-TDP-43 groups.
