Glucocorticoids and androgens suppress group 2 innate lymphoid cell activation and protect from pathogenic gastric inflammation and metaplasia

We performed scRNAseq of leukocytes isolated from the gastric corpus of WT male mice. CD45+ leukocytes were sorted from the gastric corpus using flow cytometry and libraries were prepared using the 10x genomic chromium controller. These data provide an atlas of the inflammatory cells which reside within the gastric corpus during steady-state conditions. Leukocytes were isolated by flow cytometry from the gastric corpus of 3 WT male C57B6/J mice and used for scRNAseq. Cells were pooled prior to scRNAseq library preparation.
