B-Plan 6-046 Pestalozziweg (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 6-046 entered into force on 12.7.1977. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市符合空间信息基础设施倡议（INSPIRE）规范的开发规划。第6-046号开发规划于1977年7月12日正式生效。开发规划包含城市规划秩序相关的具有法律约束力的规定，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。建筑管控规范明确了建设的选址、项目类型与建造方式。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划为编制基础。本数据集采用空间信息基础设施倡议（INSPIRE）框架下的土地利用规划（PLU）数据模型，可通过开放地理空间联盟（OGC）网络地图服务（WMS）以及预定义的ATOM数据交换格式获取。
