Replication Data for: The provider role and perspective in the denial of family planning services to women in Malawi

This dataset provides the data as downloaded from ODK before any re-coding was done, and the codebook for interpretation of categorical responses and variable names The data are organized with one case/provider per row, and indicators correspond to survey questions as written in the codebook.本数据集提供了未经任何重新编码处理、直接从ODK（Open Data Kit）下载的原始数据，以及用于解读分类响应内容与变量名称的编码手册。数据采用每行对应一个案例/提供者的组织形式，各指标与编码手册中列明的调查问卷问题一一对应。
