This repository contains the data for the manuscript: "Zero echo time MB-SWIFT fMRI in rat spinal cord during hind paw stimulation - correlation with electrical activity"

The folder “data” contains the preprocessed files for the rats included for the final analyses. The folder "target" contains the anatomical and functional images of the target spinal cord and their masks. The folder “stimulus” contains text files with information about the stimulation timings (onset, duration) presented in seconds.
