Here, we are using genome-wide transposon directed insertion sequencing (TraDIS) to study the response to a variety of bacteriostatic and bactericidal antibiotics in a defined growth medium under aerobic as well as anaerobic growth conditions in several members of the family of Enterobacteriaceae.
