Goods of Cultural Interest (BIC)

The Assets of Cultural Interest (BIC) are those movable, immovable and intangible assets most unique to the cultural heritage of Galicia, declared by decree of the Consello da Xunta de Galicia. This proposal can be an initiative of the competent ministry in matters of cultural heritage, after the processing of a procedure instructed and initiated, or for those assets that have this consideration in application of the current legislation, the procedure described in the Electronic Headquarters of the Xunta de Galicia CT135A can be used. The list of Assets of Cultural Interest that is made available here to citizens includes:文化利益资产（Assets of Cultural Interest，缩写BIC）是加利西亚文化遗产中最具独特性的可移动、不可移动及无形资产，经加利西亚自治区政务委员会（Consello da Xunta de Galicia）法令正式认定。该项认定申请可由文化遗产事务主管部门发起，需完成经规范指导且已启动的审批流程；对于依据现行法规已符合该认定条件的资产，则可通过加利西亚自治区电子政务平台CT135A中载明的办理程序完成相关手续。本次向公众公开的文化利益资产清单包含以下内容：
