In Panc02 tumor, PD-1 blockade promotes expansion of asGM1-expressing CD8+ T cells. Our RNA-sequencing analysis has revealed transcriptionally distinct populations of CD8+ T cells based on expression of asGM1. To elucidate biological significance of asGM1 expression by CD8+ T cells, we conducted bulk RNA-sequencing by sorting asGM1- or asGM1+CD8+ T cells from Panc02 tumor treated with isotype control or anti-PD-1 antibody.
