资源简介:
Ribonucleic acid sequencing was carried out on amygdalar tissue of C57/BL6 mice exposed to three behavior tests. Bioinformatics unbiasedly linked gene expression patterns to behavior styles. Gene ontology pathway analyses identified known features of anxiety, as well as non-obvious findings Overall design: We integrated mouse behavior testing with transcriptional features of the amygdala (known as the “alarm center of the brain”) in order to stratify mice into "anxiety" groups by mathematical inference.
