本数据为2022-2023年中尼交通廊道(中尼公里两侧150m)土壤有机碳数据集。本研究共包含两种样方类型,灌木样方和草本样方。草本样方大小为:0.5m×0.5m、灌木样方大小为5m×5m、与公路的距离为10m、150m。收集0-20cm土壤剖面表层土,在实验室内,采用重铬酸钾容量法测定土壤中有机碳含量。该方法的基本原理是使用过量的重铬酸钾一硫酸溶液来氧化土壤中的有机碳,其中重铬酸钾被还原成铬离子
