These volumes contain letterpress copies of letters sent to individuals from the Under Secretary. On folio 745 of the final volume (3/6536) is a letter dated 27 November 1922 to Messrs. Goldsborough Mort and Co. Ltd., signed by the Minister re the offering for purchase of Cooyal Estate. 1867-72 (4/6866-67), Mar 1915 (3/6482), 1917-22 (3/6483-536). 57 vols.
