In the bearing manufacturing industry, the precision turning inner ring production sector imposes extremely stringent requirements on cutting-edge technologies. Its downstream application fields include automotive manufacturing, construction machinery, high-end agricultural machinery, motorcycles, home appliances, reducers and other industries. In this industry, introducing the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) aims to achieve precise docking between market demand and production through the perception, collection and transformation of various data elements in the production process, reduce production capacity waste caused by information asymmetry, and maximize production efficiency. However, whether the introduction of MES has truly improved the production capacity efficiency of this sector has become a common concern for numerous enterprises in the industry, which needs to be verified through analysis and calculation of corresponding data elements. This data analysis aims to solve the problem of verifying whether the MES has truly improved the production capacity efficiency of this sector via algorithmic rule-based operations. The extracted data elements are: Reported Completed Quantity (CRD), Actual Production Duration (PD), and Planned Daily Output (RPO). 1. Algorithmic Rules: Calculate the Comprehensive Production Efficiency (CPE) using the formula: CPE = (CRD / (RPO * PD)) * 100%. Actual production duration is calculated in days, with any duration less than 1 day counted as 1 day. 2. Data Analysis: If CPE > 100%, the status is marked as "Overproduction"; if CPE = 100%, the status is marked as "Standard Production"; if CPE < 100%, the status is marked as "Underproduction" based on the reported completed quantity or actual production duration. 3. Status-based Analysis Conclusion: If the status is "Overproduction", it indicates that the introduction of MES has successfully improved production capacity efficiency; if the status is "Standard Production", it means that MES has neither improved nor reduced production capacity efficiency; if the status is "Underproduction", it indicates that the introduction of MES has instead reduced production capacity efficiency.
