PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool device suitable for using a manual machining tool. SOLUTION: The tool device comprises a fitting device for receiving driving force from a driving device. The fitting device comprises at least two driving area regions spatially separated from a tool rotation shaft 5. The driving device has a surface formed to fit to the driving area region， which engages with the fitting device to transmit driving force from the driving device to the fitting device. Each of the driving area regions has a plurality of surface points， where tangential planes on the surface points incline with respect to an axial plane and the tangential planes incline with respect to a radial plane extending perpendicularly to the tool rotation shaft. The tool device comprises a first upper boundary plane and a second lower boundary plane in a region of the fitting device. The boundary planes are arranged perpendicularly to the tool rotation shaft and both boundary planes are spatially separated from each other.
