Supplementary Data for RESTRICT-Seq Analysis This repository contains the primary data and processing files for the CRISPR knockout screen analyzed by the RESTRICT-Seq method, as described in the accompanying paper. The data is organized as follows: PoolQ Files: Input and output files from the PoolQ software suite, used for the initial quantification of sgRNA abundance from sequencing data. Epigenome Library Design: A file containing the complete list of sgRNA target sequences used in the custom-designed epigenome-focused CRISPR library. Sequencing Quality Control: Raw and processed reports from FastQC, providing detailed metrics on sequencing read quality for all samples.
