Seawater carbonate chemistry and size of Strongylocentrotus purpuratus during experimetns, 2011@en

In order to allow full comparability with other ocean acidification data sets, the R package seacarb (Lavigne and Gattuso, 2011) was used to compute a complete and consistent set of carbonate system variables, as described by Nisumaa et al. (2010). In this dataset the original values were archived in addition with the recalculated parameters (see related PI).为实现与其他海洋酸化数据集的全面可比性，本数据集采用R软件包seacarb（Lavigne与Gattuso，2011），依照Nisumaa等人（2010年）所述方法计算得到一套完整且一致的碳酸盐系统变量。本数据集同时存档了原始观测值与重新计算得到的参数（详见相关项目负责人（Principal Investigator，简称PI））。
