This study is designed to decipher the early transcriptomic events upon BMI1 inhibition in the GBM. GBM cell lines derived from patients were treated 24h with two BMI1 inhibitors called PTC596 and A1016. DMSO was ued as control. Alternatively BMI1 was knocked out by CRISPR/Cas9 in the same GBM cell line.
