This dataset contains 20 CZI files of IDH1-R132H mutated astrocyotma samples that were selected to be gemistocyte high or low. Samples were stained for CD44, CD3, CD68, IDH1-R132H, CD31, SPP1 and TNC. For 14 samples, GeoJSON files have been exported for whole slide image analysis in R. For more information see Van Hijfte et al. 2024.
