Single cell RNA-sequencing of stromal vascular fraction cells from subcutanous adipose tissue

Gene expression at single cell level of CD45- stromal vascular fraction cells from subcutaneous white adipose tissues from adult WT and Paqr4-transgenic mice. Adipose stem progenitor cells are heterogenous, we performed scRNA-seq to examine how PAQR4 impacts the progenitor pool. We pooled CD45- cells from subcutaneous fat from three mice, which isolated by flow cytometry, and performed library preparation using the 10X Genomics Single Cell 3 v2 according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
