WMS INSPIRE BPL Taubental, 1. change

WMS service of the urban development plan “Taubental, 1st change” of the municipality of Michelbach an der Bilz, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.比尔茨河畔米歇尔巴赫市《陶本塔尔（首次修订版）》城市发展规划的网络地图服务（Web Map Service，WMS），其所采用的数据集以版本5.0的XPlanung数据集为基础，并按照欧洲空间信息基础设施（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community，INSPIRE）标准完成了适配转换。
