XPlanung dataset BPL “Schwabental”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Schwabental” of the municipality of Malterdingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planned area is located in the southeast of the area, in good allocation to the utilities of daily needs. To the north is the construction area “Saiber-Specken” and to the east the construction area “Hundsrücken-Schwabental, subarea Specken”.开发规划（BPL）包含规范城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的规定。原则上，开发规划必须依据土地利用规划编制。本次可用数据集为马尔丁根（Malterdingen）市镇基于XPlanung 5.0平台编制的"施瓦本塔尔（Schwabental）"开发规划。说明：规划地块位于该区域东南部，与日常公共服务设施布局适配良好。其北侧为"扎贝尔-施佩肯"建设地块，东侧为"洪斯吕肯-施瓦本塔尔（施佩肯分区）"建设地块。
