Based on statistical analysis of medical insurance card swiping records, this dataset leverages multiple dimensions including cross-regional card swiping trajectory chains, location dwell duration and event aggregation points to automatically detect abnormal cross-regional card swiping behaviors, thus ensuring the fairness and impartiality in the implementation of the social welfare system.
